Every order arrives gift-wrapped.
Payment
After you place an order, the shop's card number is shown. Once your transfer is checked, the order is prepared for shipping.
Returns

- If a piece is faulty or not as described, we exchange it or refund you.
- Condition of the piece
- The piece must be unused and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned.

Usually 2 to 5 working days after payment is confirmed. The tracking code appears in My orders once it ships.
Can I try a piece on before buying?
Yes. Earrings have virtual try-on, with your camera, a photo of yourself or a model photo.
